Bad app

After I spent a half-hour downloading a file, roaming internationally, I went to save the file and it started the download it all over again. What exactly did it think I was downloading the file for, if not to play it offline? If saving the file is not an obvious function of this app then please, for the love of everything holy, let the user know before they start a download of a large file wasting their time and their data.
