Not sure what use it is

I have files new and old that I want to delete...cant figure how to do this. Seems you cant?

There is a message for me from tech. Received notification on my PC, wanted to use iPad to read message but cant access on this app?

I dont do work on my iPad so file upload is not an issue for me. I wanted this app to view status, which I can and I can organize files in folders. But no basic delete option is a big negative.
