Does not launch from iOS Safari

I received a Hightail link from a client via email. When I click the link, it takes me to Safari. The file is a QuickTime and will not properly stream on iOS in the browser.

When I click "open in app" it brings me to the App Store instead of the Hightail app. This happens every time even though I already have the app downloaded and open.

So basically this app does 0% of what I need it to do.
