Only takes photos

I thought this would be useful. Maybe I just cant find how to work it but the iPad App will only load PHOTOS into the Dropbox folders and I see no way of doing anything with documents, particularly signing anything in the menu. The concept is good but the iPad version seems only to manage PHOTOS. Not what I am looking for, or what is advertised.
