Lets me access my documents wherever I am on any device I have. Great for sending large files to my customers, where an email attachment doesnt work.

This program has been excellent on the IPad. We send huge files to and from the client right in the bush of northern Alberta. Has been a great tool to impress the client. I recommend you try it. Very easy to use and very easy to forward files to other clients who want to view the email as well. Thanks

Easy to use and fast.

I used YouSendIt on my laptop for a few years with great success. After the re-branding some of my friends balked at signing up with Hightail to access photos. They didnt have to do this with YouSendIt. The Hightail app carries the same apparent drawback. In one forum I saw the advice to mouse over an icon to download directly, without signing up. Hmm- what would that mean on an iPad? The app has a Take a Tour box. When you select it, the dialog box becomes unresponsive. Perhaps that says it all. Too bad. John Sanders

Please dont waste your time with this one. I spent an hour on my ipad ap, then an hour on my PC of trying to get any version of this software to work. Couldnt upload, couldnt received what what sent to me, couldnt get any response from anyone on how to make it work. Big failure!

This app will waste hours of your time- You will download your files- try to open them elsewhere- search for them-download them again and on and on- This is a rebranded company- in my experience they have never figured out how to make their program mobile, not In this configuration or the old one

Downloading from gmail on my iPhone simply doesnt work. The file isnt even recognized in an attempt to download it to the received folder. It also freezes after a minute or two of being open; I can switch between one or two of the pages but as soon as I try an action (open a file, swipe a file to do an action) the app freezes.

Never works well. Thing that will eventually cause me to take my business elsewhere is Hightails poor uploading into folders procedure. Google drive and drop box make it easier.

Not perfect! Cannot play in background!

I absolutely love this program. So much more user friendly than Dropbox. Its just too expensive. Ill take $99/yr from Dropbox any day over $15.99/mo for this. 5 stars if the drop the price.

I cannot download the mp3 file to my phone to play as a normal file. I had to install this app to play it. The desired file isnt being added to the app play list. Super annoying.The app forces you to sign up. I have enough accounts with email addresses and passwords already!!!!!

I just downloaded the Pro version of this App. Its no easier. I cant download files, I cant upload files. The files I email, they can only be played live, but terrible buffering. Cant figure how to download it permanently. The instructions are no existent. The help screen... What help screen? Its not clear what to do, or even where to get help.

Gives me the added control I need to know about client downloads…easy to use and with the just right kind of information to keep you up to date on all of your files. Have been using it since the early days of YouSendIt, and just when you thought it couldnt get any better, they managed to turn it into a truly great app for the on-the-go people. Keep up the good work!

I loved YouSendIt. Neat, clean ,straightforward and efficient. If you have time to waste then wrestle with Hightail. My time on the planet is running out and I dont feel like wasting it on Hightail. Im moving on.
